Based on project application practice,it had been found that the main factors affecting the survival rate of tree full crown seedlings transplantation in the Pearl River Delta region.In order to improve the survival rate of transplanted seedlings and continuously explore the main factors affecting the survival rate,this article summarized four effective methods and measures to improve the survival rate and ensure the landscape effect,including soil ball and root cutting treatment,tree leaf transpiration resistance,safe transportation,and planting and breeding management,in order to provide reference for the work of full crown transplantation.
