摘要
[目的]研究生物菌肥对铁皮石斛生长的影响.[方法]对比不同组合及施用方式的EM生物菌肥、竹醋液及其他生防菌对铁皮石斛的生长特性、多糖含量以及病害发生的影响.[结果]施用浓度为 500 倍的EM菌发酵液、竹醋液与生防菌液的混合菌肥,可提高石斛的成活率,显著降低铁皮石斛发病率.[结论]该研究可为铁皮石斛的高品质栽培提供参考.
Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of bio-fertiliser on the growth of Dendrobium officinale.[Method]The effects of different combinations and application methods of EM bio-fertilizer,bamboo vinegar and other biocontrol bacteria on the growth characteristics,polysaccharide content and disease occurrence of D.officinale were compared.[Result]The survival rate of D.officinale was increased and the incidence of D.officinale was significantly decreased by applying the mixture of EM fermentation liquid,bamboo vinegar and biocontrol bacteria liquid with a concentration of 500 times.[Conclusion]This study can provide a reference for the high quality cultivation of D.officinale.
