[目的]筛选出小叶青冈播种容器育苗基质最佳配比.[方法]通过观测 5 种不同基质配比处理对小叶青冈播种容器苗成活率、苗高、地径等生长指标的影响,找出最佳基质配比.[结果]不同基质配比对小叶青冈播种容器苗的成活率、苗高和地径生长均有显著影响,尤其是在成活率、苗高方面,不同基质配比的影响达到了极显著差异水平.[结论]综合考虑各方面因素,建议在小叶青冈播种容器育苗生产实践中可尽量采用基质配比为水稻田土∶泥炭土∶珍珠岩=3∶5∶2.这样的基质配比不仅可提高小叶青冈播种容器苗苗木成活率,还可促进苗木苗高、地径生长,适度提高小叶青冈苗木径高比,也更有利于提高小叶青冈苗木质量等级,同时还可适应降低育苗成本,进而提高育苗经济效率.
Experiment on Substrate Ratio of Container Seedling of Cyclobalanopsis gracilis
[Objective]To screen out the best ratio of substrate for container seedling of Cyclobalanopsis gracilis.[Method]Through observing the effects of five different substrate ratios on the survival rate,seedling height,ground diameter and other growth indicators of C.gracilis container seedlings to find out the best substrate ratio.[Result]Different substrate ratios had significant effects on the survival rate,seedling height and ground diameter growth of container seedlings of C.gracilis,especially in the survival rate and seedling height of container seedlings of C.gracilis,the effects of different substrate ratios reached extremely significant level.[Conclusion]Considering all factors,it is suggested that the substrate ratio of paddy soil∶peat soil∶perlite=3∶5∶2 should be used as much as possible in the production practice of container seedling of C.gracilis.Such a substrate ratio can not only improve the survival rate of container seedlings of C.gracilis,but also promote the growth of seedling height and ground diameter,moderately improve the diameter height ratio of C.gracilis seedlings,and is more conducive to improving the quality level of C.gracilis seedlings.At the same time,it can also adapt to reduce the cost of seedling raising,and then improve the economic efficiency of seedling raising.
