摘要
森林具有多重生态价值,不仅是重要的"水库""粮库""钱库",还是陆地生态系统中重要的"碳库".生态修复工程不仅可以显著提升森林生态系统的固碳增汇功能,还有利于碳汇产品的价值实现.多途径探索生态修复工程的碳汇产品试点工作,创新建立健全碳汇交易政策体系与机制保障至关重要.同时,要加强生态修复固碳增汇关键技术研发,完善生态修复碳增汇计量标准体系,健全碳汇评估监测体系,推动生态修复碳汇评估核算与国际接轨.
Abstract
Forest has multiple ecological values.It is not only an important"reservoir","grain depot"and"money depot",but also an important"carbon reservoir"in the terrestrial ecosystem.Ecological restoration project can not only significantly improve the carbon sequestration and sink increasing function of forest ecosystem,but also help to realize the value of carbon sink products.It is very important to explore the pilot work of carbon sequestration products of ecological restoration project in multiple ways,and to innovate,establish and improve the policy system and mechanism guarantee of carbon sequestration trading.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of key technologies for carbon sequestration and sink increase in ecological restoration,improve the measurement standard system for carbon sink increase in ecological restoration,improve the carbon sink assessment and monitoring system,and promote the assessment and accounting of carbon sinks in ecological restoration in line with international standards.
