摘要
茶是漳州市重要的经济作物之一.针对漳州市茶生长期常见的气象灾害及影响,气象部门从加强农业小气候观测站建设、做好气象灾害监测预报预警工作、开通直通式气象服务、加强气候品质论证等方面实施了气象防灾减灾服务.根据茶叶生产需求,提出了进一步提升气象预报预警水平、研发专业气象服务、提升人工影响天气作业能力等建议,以期为漳州茶叶生产应对气象灾害提供保障.
Abstract
Tea is one of the important cash crops in Zhangzhou.In view of the long-term common meteorological disasters and impacts of tea growers in Zhangzhou,the meteorological department implemented meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation services from the aspects of strengthening the construction of agricultural microclimate observation stations,doing a good job of meteorological disaster monitoring,forecasting and early warning,opening direct meteorological services,and strengthening the demonstration of climate quality.According to the demand of tea production,suggestions were put forward to further improve the level of meteorological forecast and early warning,develop professional meteorological services,and improve the ability of weather modification operation,in order to provide guarantee for tea production to deal with meteorological disasters.
