毛花长型及毛花短型猕猴桃果实品质比较研究

摘要
[目的]筛选出性状优良的毛花猕猴桃新品种(系),丰富和优化猕猴桃品种结构,提高种植猕猴桃的经济效益.[方法]以毛花长型及毛花短型 2 个猕猴桃品系作为试验材料,测定其外在特性及内在品质,并对其进行比较.[结果]毛花长型猕猴桃果实质量较重,果形指数也较大,含糖量、可溶性固形物及可滴定酸的含量低于毛花短型猕猴桃,分别为 7.58%、11.69%、1.25%,总酚、黄酮及维生素C含量高于毛花短型猕猴桃,分别为 10.03 mg/g、6.12 mg/g、67.03 mg/100 g.[结论]与毛花短型猕猴桃相比,毛花长型猕猴桃果型更大,可滴定酸含量更低,口感更好,且总酚、黄酮及维生素C含量更高,营养更丰富,是品种选育中优良的材料.
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to screen out new varieties(lines)of Actinidia eriantha with excellent characters,enrich and optimize the structure of kiwifruit varieties,and improve the economic benefits of planting kiwifruit.[Method]The external characteristics and internal quality of two kiwifruit strains with long-haired and short-haired were determined and compared.[Result]The results showed that the fruit weight of long-haired kiwifruit was heavier,and the fruit shape index was larger.The contents of sugar,soluble solids and titratable acid were lower than those of short-haired kiwifruit,which were 7.58%,11.69%and 1.25%,respectively.The contents of total phenols,flavonoids and vitamin C were higher than those of short-haired kiwifruit,which were 10.03 mg/g,6.12 mg/g and 67.03 mg/100 g,respectively.[Conclusion]Compared with the short-haired kiwifruit,the long-haired kiwifruit has larger fruit type,lower titratable acid content,better taste,higher total phenol,flavonoid and vitamin C content,and richer nutrition.It is an excellent material in variety breeding.
