基于复眼混光的改善色品均匀性的LED模组

本文针对目前单颗LED的出射光颜色均匀性差的问题,提出了使用反光杯与复眼透镜阵列组合进行匀光的方法,以此得到了一种二次光源模组.通过仿真模拟实验表明该光源模组在出射面上的色品均匀性显著提高,基于此LED模组开发的LED灯具在一定距离的被照面上色品均匀性也将相应大幅提高.
High Chroma Uniformity LED Light Source Module Based on Lenslet Arrays
In order to solve the problem of chromaticity inhomogeneity of single LED chip,this paper proposed a method of using reflective cup combine with lenslet array to homogenize light,so as to get a secondary light source module.Simulation experiments demonstrate that the color uniformity on the emitting surface of the light source module is significantly improved.Based on this,LED luminaires developed with this LED module will also exhibit significantly improved color uniformity on the illuminated surface at a certain distance.
