Research Progress of Building Daylight Environment Based on CBDM
As a green energy source, daylight holds significant importance for the sustainable development of buildings.Accurately assessing natural daylighting in buildings is a key factor in the active use of daylight. However, current research on natural daylighting relies on static calculations, neglecting the high dynamic nature of daylight and the influence of regional differences on indoor daylighting. Therefore, the applicability of Climate-based Daylight Modeling(CBDM)imposes new requirements on the assessment of natural daylighting in buildings. This paper reviews the research achievements of CBDM both domestically and internationally over the past decade. It provides an overview of the progress in building natural lighting environments based on CBDM,focusing on three aspects:"quantitative research","technological application"and"measurement standards".Additionally,it outlines future trends and identifies research issues that need to be addressed in the field of natural daylighting.
