摘要

本项研究旨在分析红光LED光照对多种体育项目运动员疲劳恢复的效果及其持久性.研究首先对武术、柔道和跳水运动员进行左右小腿的红光照射治疗,并要求他们每天早晚完成一份关于主观恢复感受的问卷调查,问卷中选定指标包括肌肉酸痛感、肌肉发胀感、小腿疲倦乏力、总体恢复感等,每个问题都要求按照疲劳恢复等级划分表进行回答.研究发现,柔道运动员在接受光照后这些指标均显示出显著提高(P<0.05),而武术和跳水运动员的改善则不明显(P>0.05).后续实验专注于柔道运动员,进一步证实了红光照射对于改善小腿恢复效果的显著效果(P<0.05),并且这种效果具有一定的持久性.这项研究为红光LED在体育训练和恢复中的应用提供了重要的参考价值.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects and durability of red LED light exposure on the recovery of athletes from various sports after fatigue.The study first administers red light therapy to the left and right calves of athletes from martial arts,judo and diving.Athletes are then required to complete a questionnaire on subjective recovery perceptions every morning and evening.The selected indicators in the questionnaire include muscle soreness,muscle swelling,calf fatigue and weakness,and overall recovery feeling.Each question is to be answered according to a Fatigue Recovery Rating Scale.The study found that judo athletes showed significant improvements in all these indicators after light exposure(P<0.05),whereas the improvements of martial arts and diving athletes were not significant(P>0.05).Subsequent experiments focused on judo athletes,further confirming the significant effects of red light exposure on improving calf recovery(P<0.05).Additionally,this effect was found to have a certain degree of durability.This study provides important reference value for the application of red light LED light in sports training and recovery.
