摘要
氟化镁窗氘灯能提供真空紫外和紫外波段的辐射,应用于多个领域.本文研发了全国产化的氟化镁窗氘灯光源系统,包括带氟化镁窗的石英泡壳氘灯放电管、兼具散热和真空密封功能的灯具和高稳定度电源.所研制氘灯光源的输出波段为115~400 nm,170 nm处辐亮度>150μW/(mm2 Sr nm),紫外辐照度维持率>50%的有效寿命达1200 h.
Abstract
Deuterium lamps with magnesium fluoride window can provide radiation in the Vacuum Ultraviolet ( VUV) and Ultraviolet ( UV) bands,with application in various fields. This paper presents the development of a domestically manufactured magnesium fluoride window deuterium lamp light source system,which includes a deuterium discharge tube with a magnesium fluoride window in a quartz bulb,a lamp fixture with both heat dissipation and vacuum sealing functions,and high-stability power supply. The output wavelength range of the developed deuterium lamp light source is 115~400 nm,with a radiant brightness greater than 150 μW/( mm2 Sr nm ) at 170 nm. The effective lifetime,during which the ultraviolet irradiance rate remains above 50%,reaches 1200 h.
