摘要
大语言模型是人工智能领域的前沿技术,在自然语言处理、知识表示等方面展现出了卓越的性能,正在成为全球科技竞争的新焦点.然而,大语言模型在给人类社会带来便利的同时,也给国家安全带来了新的挑战.本文总结了国内外大语言模型的发展现状,重点剖析了其在数据安全、文化安全、社会稳定等方面给国家安全带来的冲击,并在分析挑战的基础上提出应对之策,即要实现大语言模型的自主创新发展,必须坚持总体国家安全观,将其置于国家发展全局中统筹谋划、系统推进,加快培育自主可控的创新生态.
Abstract
The large language models(LLMs) is a cutting-edge technology in the field of artificial intelligence,which has demonstrated excellent performance in natural language processing,knowledge representation,and is becoming a new focus of global technological competition.However,while the LLMs brings convenience to human society,it also poses new challenges to national security.This article summarizes the current development status of LLMs both domestically and internationally,with a focus on ana-lyzing their impact on national security and sovereignty in areas such as data sovereignty,cultural security,and social stabili-ty.Based on the analysis of challenges,counter measures are further proposed.To achieve the independent innovation and develop-ment of the LLMs,it is necessary to place it in the overall planning and systematic promotion of national development,adhere to the overall national security concept,and accelerate the cultivation of an independent and controllable innovation ecosystem.
