Based on the manually collected data of A-share biomedical manufacturing listed companies from 2011-2021,this paper examines the impact of digital transformation on corporate industry-university-research cooperation innovation(IURCI).We find that digital transformation has a promoting effect on IURCI.The higher the level of digital transformation,the higher possibil-ity IUR,and the result is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism testing shows that reducing the cost of information collection and communication collaboration is an important path for digital transformation to promote IURCI.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital transformation is more prominent in state-owned enterprises,large-scale enterprises,enter-prises in non-provincial cities,and enterprises in regions with poor intellectual property protection.In addition,we also find that there is a substitution relationship between high-speed rail opening and digital transformation in IURCI activities.This paper enriches the understanding of the rela-tionship between digital transformation and innovation,and expands the literatures on IURCI.
