Evaluation method of photovoltaic power generation potential on highway slopes
Highway slopes are generally idle public areas with high accessibility, which are ideal application scenarios for PV-PGS,in which photovoltaic power generation potential(PGP)assessment is the key to the planning and design of PV-PGS projects. The traditional potential evaluation methods are mainly based on digital map and image processing technology, and do not fully consider the influence of highway orientation and slope geometric characteristics on the evaluation results. This paper proposes a method to evaluate the PV PGP of highway slope by using the geometric parameters of the designed or calculated highway and slope, which calculates the area of the segmentation and usable slope of the highway route, estimates the inclined solar radiation, considers the factors that cause the radiation and energy loss of the photovoltaic system, and then determines the photovoltaic power generation potential of the highway slope.
