双曲面天线的自动化装配工装设计探讨

根据当前双曲面天线的使用背景、结构特点、生产需求及精度要求,从天线卧式装配、天线立式装配、天线边测量边装配、单件小批量天线的生产状况等方面,详细分析了各种装配模式的特点,提出了天线自动化装配工装的装配模式。根据装配特点及流程,确定了天线自动化装配工装的结构及工作方式,着重介绍了工装的硬件组成、结构、功能及技术要求,简要介绍了工装软件组成、功能及作用。该工装的研制、设计及使用有效地解决了单件、小批量雷达天线的生产,可推广到大型相控阵天线的生产装配中。
Discussion on the design of automatic assembly tooling for hyperboloid antenna
Based on the current usage background,structural characteristics,production requirements,and precision requirements of hyperbolic antennas,this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of various assembly modes from the aspects of horizontal antenna assembly,vertical antenna assembly,antenna measurement while assembly,and production status of single piece small batch antennas.A new assembly mode for antenna automation assembly tooling is proposed.Based on the assembly characteristics and process,the structure and working mode of the antenna automation assembly tooling were determined.The hardware composition,structure,function,and technical requirements of the tooling were emphasized,and the software composition,function,and function of the tooling were briefly introduced.The development,design,and use of this tooling effectively solve the production of single piece and small batch radar antennas,and the tooling can be promoted to the production and assembly of large phased array antennas.
