面向高标准农田建设的老旧灌区水利工程优化改造研究

为了提升水利工程灌溉的综合效益,文章提出一种利用智能优化算法规划灌口位置并实现智慧水利管理系统的方法.综合考虑灌区的有效面积、需水量和单位面积产量,将灌口位置的选择转换成一个带约束条件的优化问题,利用蚁群优化算法进行迭代求解从而获得最佳的灌口位置.通过融合气象监控、水利调度、费用收取、智能决策等功能,设计开发的智慧水利管理系统能够有效提高灌溉综合效益,实现灌区的智慧化调度与管理.
Research on optimization and transformation of water conservancy projects in old irrigation areas for high-standard farmland construction
In order to improve the comprehensive efficiency of irrigation in water conservancy projects,this article proposes a method of using intelligent optimization algorithms to plan the location of irrigation outlets and implement an intelligent water management system.Taking into account the effective area,water demand,and unit yield of the irrigation area,the selection of the irrigation location is transformed into an optimization problem with constraints.Ant colony optimization algorithm is used for iterative solution to obtain the optimal irrigation location.The intelligent water management system designed and developed by integrating meteorological monitoring,water conservancy scheduling,fee collection,intelligent decision-making and other functions can effectively improve the comprehensive efficiency of irrigation and achieve intelligent scheduling and management of irrigation areas.
