Recovery and suggestions of noise point adjustment data in Xiaogan City area
The urban environmental noise in Xiaogan City has been completed for two cycle years during the"14th Five-Year Plan".Taking 2020 as the base year, the problems found through the monitoring data analysis in 2021 and 2022 can be used as a reference for later adjustment.By focusing on the normal distribution characteristics of data, the analysis is carried out from three aspects:the adjusted regional noise, the consistency of noise data in functional areas and the optimization of the number of monitoring points. The analysis of distribution characteristics shows that the normal distribution characteristics of the adjusted data are obviously strengthened, which shows that the adjusted distribution points are more suitable for the continuous development and enlargement of the city scale. From the in-depth data comparison and analysis,we also find some problems in distribution, mainly including the difference between regional noise and functional area noise distribution on the grid points of the third functional area and the interference from traffic noise to regional noise. Therefore, the above two problems should be avoided, and the proportion of industrial floor area in the grid of three types of functional areas exceeds 50%,which is discussed. It is found that there is a problem of incomplete coverage of functional areas in point setting.According to the current distribution characteristics and the condition that the statistical standard deviation of the current situation is 6.0,the number of monitoring points can be reduced accordingly by applying mathematical statistical formulas.
