城市三维地籍的建立与研究

摘要
随着社会的发展和城市建设,城市土地资源日益紧缺.不断开发地下空间和地上空间以满足城市社会经济发展的需求.土地利用强度日益增强,土地利用方式更多样化.传统的二维地籍难以满足地籍管理的需求,需要利用三维地籍对地上和地下空间进行数据管理和空间确权.文章介绍了三维地籍建立的重要性,并阐述了三维地籍的建立以及展望.
Abstract
With the development of society and urban construction,urban land resources are increasingly scarce,and the underground space and above-ground space are constantly developed to meet the needs of urban social and economic development.The intensity of land use is increasingly enhanced,and the ways of land use are more diversified.The traditional two-dimensional cadastre can't meet the needs of cadastral management.3D cadastre is an need for data management and space ownership determination of aboveground and underground space.The paper first introduces the importance of 3D cadastre establishment,and then expounds how to establish three-dimensional cadastral and the prospect.
