The paper explores the development of AIops intelligent operation and maintenance,the research results in related fields are sorted out,including KPI anomaly detection,log anomaly detection,and root cause analysis.In addition,research priorities and issues to be considered in the development of intelligent operation and maintenance are discussed,covering aspects such as algorithm landing and future research directions.
