基于显示动力学的组合式防撞护栏仿真分析

文章提出一种组合式护栏防撞体系,由有限元软件AnsysLS-DYNA对其进行车辆碰撞仿真计算,利用HyperView和LS-PrePost对仿真进行后处理分析并和实验数据进行比对,验证了有限元仿真分析的正确性与可行性.对中型客车该护栏系统进行4种组合工况下的模拟碰撞分析,发现护栏能够有效引导车辆驶入车道及阻止车辆发生驶出、翻车和坠桥等行为,表现出优越的防撞性能.
Simulation analysis of combined crash guardrail based on display dynamics
In this paper,a combined guardrail anti-collision system is proposed.The finite element software AnsysLS-DYNA is used to simulate the vehicle collision.HyperView and LS-PrePost are used to post-process the simulation and compare with the experimental data,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the finite element simulation analysis.Simulated collision analysis of the guardrail system of medium-sized passenger cars under four combined working conditions shows that the guardrail can effectively guide vehicles into lanes and prevent vehicles from driving out,overturning and falling off bridges,which shows superior anti-collision performance.
