When the mobile pump truck takes water in winter,because of the ice freezing on the track of the pump truck,the pump truck is prone to slip or even roll over,which seriously affects the safety and normal water intake of the pump truck.In order to melt the ice on the track and ensure the pump truck to take water normally,this paper studies and designs a liftable track steam ice melting system based on the heat radiation theory,which uses the pressure and heat of water vapor to melt the ice layer.The results show that the device can melt the ice on the track and slope area of the pump truck with high efficiency,low energy consumption and safety,and meet the ice melting demand of Xiaoshawan Waterworks.
