This paper introduces digital technology into multi-process and multi-process project management,builds BIM system and management mode for the whole life cycle of large-scale group buildings based on the integration mechanism of data analysis and whole process construction of BIM platform,and explores a feasible technical route for the whole life cycle management mode of large-scale group buildings.
