Intelligent archives management is to use artificial intelligence and information technology to realize digitalization and automation of archives management process and improve the efficiency and quality of archives management.This paper realizes intelligent file management through large language model technology,and provides intelligent file management services through dialogue and interaction with users,so as to improve the intelligent level of file management in the field of construction engineering.
