Research on amplification factor of moving load effect of box girder bridges based on grillage method
By comparing single beam model and beam lattice model, the difference of calculation results between the two models is analyzed by comparing the calculation of box girders with different spans, the influence of different width-span ratio on the amplification factor of live load effect is analyzed by calculating 5-lane load distribution and 2-lane load distribution, the influence of two transverse load distribution modes on the amplification factor of live load effect is analyzed. The results show that the amplification factor of live load effect of box girder is related to its width-span ratio, and the larger the width-span ratio, the larger the corresponding amplification factor of live load effect. When the width-span ratio of bridge is large, the amplification factor of live load effect may exceed 1.15.The traditional simplified calculation method is inaccurate and the load effect of two lanes may be larger than that of five lanes.
