Based on the mode of"platform + service + elderly + terminal",the paper builds a"1 + N+4"comprehensive service platform for the aged,that is,it takes one platform base and N subsystems as core applications and serves four types of users to provide closed-loop management for the government,integrate peripheral businesses and pension resources,provide closed-loop management of the whole service process for service organizations and service personnel,provide online and offline"quarter-hour life service circle"for individuals and families,realize the connection of the elderly,children,institutions and services,and form a close and linked service ecosystem.
