底板大体积混凝土裂缝、温度控制技术的运用

文章针对底板大体积混凝土浇筑过程中温度因素导致裂缝产生的原因进行分析,结合实际工程总结出控制裂缝的重要措施,通过施工设计、加强混凝土温度监测及应变监测等管理方式以及优化原材料配比、抹压工艺、加强保温养护等技术方式合理控制温度裂缝的产生。采用实例验证了该措施在底板大体积混凝土浇筑的过程中的应用效果,为其他类似工程底板浇筑提供借鉴。
Application of crack and temperature control technology in mass concrete of bottom slab
As a transportation hub building with large space,the indoor environment construction and environmental control standards of terminal building are quite different from those of traditional public buildings,and the energy consumption characteristics and energy saving potential have important research value.Combining with the environmental requirements and operation status of airport buildings,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of functional areas of terminal buildings,explains the mapping relationship between environmental perception and control parameters of terminal buildings,summarizes the optimal control strategy of energy conservation of terminal buildings,and obtains the system architecture and platform design of energy management system of terminal buildings,which provides a reference for the design,planning and operation regulation of airport buildings.
