摘要

文章对荆州主城区的慢行交通现状采用公共空间-公共生活(PSPL)调研法进行研究,分析荆州主城区的道路交通系统、道路基础设施、居民出行意愿等影响慢行系统规划的因素,提出保障行人及自行车路权、完善基础设施、制定慢行规范、设置慢行信号控制系统、建设慢行示范带等措施来改善慢行环境,解决城市慢行系统现存的问题,以期为中小城市改善慢行系统提供参考.

Abstract

This paper studies the current situation of slow-moving traffic in the main urban area of Jingzhou by using the method of public space-public life(PSPL),analyzes the factors that affect the planning of slow-moving system,such as road traffic system,road infrastructure and residents'willingness to travel,and puts forward some measures to improve the slow-moving environment and solve the existing problems of urban slow-moving system,so as to provide a reference for small and medium-sized cities to improve the slow-moving system,such as guaranteeing the right of pedestrians and bicycles,perfecting infrastructure,formulating slow-moving norms,setting up slow-moving signal control system and building slow-moving demonstration zones.
