摘要

文章在传统的工业循环水分析方法的基础上,开展了工业循环水水质智能监测系统的研究.该系统采用先进的智能化的中央控制技术及一体化的信息集成技术,满足多种终端场景应用的数据监控平台,能够实现在线监控和远程操作,可连接实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)自动上传数据.该系统配置多通道采配水、连续流动分析模块,实现了循环水无交叉污染的多参数实时测量.结果显示,该系统功能多、准确度高、实时性好、操作性强.

Abstract

Based on the traditional analysis method of industrial circulating water,this paper studies the intelligent monitoring system of industrial circulating water quality.The system adopts advanced intelligent central control technology and integrated information integration technology,meets the data monitoring platform of various terminal scene applications,can realize online monitoring and remote operation,and can connect with laboratory information management system(LIMS)to upload data automatically.The system is equipped with multi-channel water collection and distribution and continuous flow analysis module,which realizes multi-parameter real-time measurement of circulating water without cross-contamination.The results show that the system has many functions,high accuracy,good real-time performance and strong operability.
