超大规模桩基工程的数字建设管理方法研究

文章针对超大规模桩基工程项目体量大、数字化管理面临多平台数据联动和一线管理融合困难的问题,提出面向建筑信息模型(BIM)的分层式、工序级数字建设管理方法。通过建立"1+3+N"平台群管理体系,充分发挥各参建单位专业子平台的数字能力,避免了信息多次录入,同时平台管理深入工序层级,实现对全场桩基施工进行精准记录并辅助进度、质量、安全和投资管理。数字建设管理方法在上海浦东机场T3航站楼约20000根桩基施工中成功应用,验证了所提出方法的有效性。
Research on digital construction management method of super-large-scale pile foundation engineering
In view of the large volume of super-large pile foundation projects,the digital management is faced with the difficulties of multi-platform data linkage and front-line management integration,and a hierarchical and process-level digital construction management method for BIM is proposed.By establishing the"1+3+N"platform group management system,the digital capabilities of professional sub-platforms of participating units are brought into full play,and information is avoided for many times.At the same time,the platform management goes deep into the process level,realizing accurate recording of the whole pile foundation construction and assisting the progress,quality,safety and investment management.The digital construction management method has been successfully applied in the construction of about 20000 pile foundations in T3 terminal building of Shanghai Pudong Airport,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
