船闸集装过闸平台模型试验及过闸效率分析

文章提出集装过闸方案,通过开展物理模型试验解决三峡船闸过闸效率低的问题。集装过闸平台闸室内充泄水状态下的系缆力、稳定性等均满足要求。过闸平台模型试验模拟了航行及转弯过程,试验结果表明航行及转弯过程中姿态稳定,连接牢靠,无明显间隙及船体碰撞声音,原理可行。模型试验模拟了船舶进出闸过程并记录了时间,通过计算分析与现有过闸船舶过闸次数进行对比,结果表明,采用集装过闸平台过闸每天能够提高1~2个闸次,过闸效率提高。
Model test and efficiency analysis of ship lock container crossing platform
In this paper,the scheme of container lock crossing is put forward,and the problem of low efficiency of lock crossing of Three Gorges Ship Lock is solved by carrying out physical model test.The mooring force and stability of the sluice chamber of the container gate-passing platform meet the requirements under the state of water filling and discharging.The model test of crossing platform simulates the process of sailing and turning.The test results show that the attitude is stable,the connection is firm,there is no obvious gap and hull collision sound during sailing and turning,and the principle is feasible.The model test simulates the process of ship entering and leaving the gate and records the time.Through calculation and analysis,compared with the existing ship passing through the gate,the results show that using the container passing platform can increase the gate passing times by 1~2 times every day and improve the gate passing efficiency.
