摘要

建筑产业化实施过程中,各种管理问题在一定程度上放缓了装配式建筑的发展历程,文章总结物联网技术在装配式建筑的应用分析与趋势研究,梳理混凝土预制件(PC)构件供应链管理流程及特点,降低PC构件供应链各环节成本,以降低项目成本为目标,提出搭建针对PC构件供应链环节的管理平台,推动以数据运营为主导的高效建设模式发展.

Abstract

During the implementation of construction industrialization,various management problems have slowed down the development of prefabricated buildings to a certain extent.This paper summarizes the application analysis and trend research of Internet of Things technology in prefabricated buildings,combs the flow and characteristics of concrete prefabricated parts(PC)supply chain management,reduces the cost of each link of PC component supply chain,and proposes to build a management platform for PC component supply chain to promote the development of efficient construction mode dominated by data operation.
