郑州地铁隧道盾构下穿河流桥桩施工技术分析

文章以郑州地铁8号线龙湖中环路站—郑大一附院(东区)站一期工程为背景,分析盾构穿越河流和桥桩可能存在的难题,在施工前对盾构机性能进行排查,在盾构施工过程中控制推进速度,同步注浆且调整盾构机姿态,掘进后注意盾尾油脂压注且严格管控管片安装,设置安全措施并注意管路清洗。结果表明,采取的施工技术及控制措施能够有效提高土压平衡盾构机在下穿河流掘进的效果,减少施工风险。
Construction technology analysis of shield crossing river bridge pile in Zhengzhou subway tunnel
Based on the first phase project of Longhu Central Ring Road Station-Zhengda First Affiliated Hospital(East District)Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8,this paper analyzes the possible problems of shield crossing rivers and bridge piles,investigates the performance of shield machine before construction,controls the advancing speed,synchronizes grouting and adjusts the posture of shield machine during shield construction,pays attention to grease injection at shield tail and strictly controls segment installation after tunneling,sets safety measures,and pays attention to pipeline cleaning.The results show that the adopted construction technology and control measures can effectively improve the effect of EPB shield tunneling under rivers and reduce construction risks.
