BIM技术在地铁车站管线迁改中的应用

文章采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术建立场地管线布置模型,能够明确管线与主体结构相对位置关系,优化管线保护和迁改路径,避免管线与结构冲突及迁改方案不当造成工期延误。将BIM技术应用于管线迁改阶段的管理成果基本符合工程项目全生命周期的目标体系要求,实现项目生命周期内多维度、全方位的协同辅助管理。
Application of BIM technology in metro station pipeline relocation
In this paper,BIM technology is used to establish the site pipeline layout model,which can clarify the relative position relationship between pipeline and main structure,optimize pipeline protection and relocation path,and avoid the conflict between pipeline and structure and the delay caused by improper relocation scheme.The management results of applying BIM technology to the pipeline relocation stage basically meet the requirements of the target system of the whole life cycle of the project,and realize multi-dimensional and all-round collaborative auxiliary management in the project life cycle.
