文章从建设用地全生命周期角度,探讨了在"批、征、储、供、用"建设用地全过程中产生的存量建设用地的识别方法和盘活潜力,并以株洲市某区为例,对该区存量建设用地进行识别、分类,从规划管控、盘活路径、保障体系等方面提出了存量再利用策略.
Abstract
From the perspective of the whole life cycle of construction land,this paper discusses the identification method and revitalization potential of the stock of construction land generated in the whole process of'approval,acquisition,storage,supply and use',and takes a district of Zhuzhou City as an example to identify and classify the stock of construction land in the district,and puts forward the stock reuse strategy from the aspects of planning control,revitalization path and guarantee system.
