Research on reuse of urban stock construction land in a district of Zhuzhou City,Hu'nan Province from the perspective of whole life cycle management
From the perspective of the whole life cycle of construction land,this paper discusses the identification method and revitalization potential of the stock of construction land generated in the whole process of'approval,acquisition,storage,supply and use',and takes a district of Zhuzhou City as an example to identify and classify the stock of construction land in the district,and puts forward the stock reuse strategy from the aspects of planning control,revitalization path and guarantee system.
