Design and construction technology of special-shaped curved fair-faced concrete formwork:A case of Great River Civilization Hall on Guangyang Island in Chongqing
With the development of fair-faced concrete building technology,the design of fair-faced concrete buildings is becoming more and more complex,and the application of special-shaped composite surfaces puts forward higher requirements for construction technology.Based on the special-shaped curved surface fair-faced concrete composite shell rib structure of the Great River Civilization Hall on Guangyang Island,the curved surface back flute design,curved surface template design design,curved surface template support structure design,support system design,color fair-faced concrete preparation,three-dimensional steel bar design and concrete pouring engineering were carried out.The results show that the pouring quality of the curved fair-faced concrete is improved through the high-quality design and construction of the special-shaped curved fair-faced concrete formwork,and the rich artistic effect of the curved surface of the colored fair-faced concrete is presented.
