摘要

基于国内某型高速列车传动系统参数,利用Matlab/Simulink软件,建立了单轮对传动系统动力学模型,并基于该模型,研究轮轨黏着稳定特性及传动系统连接参数对黏着稳定性的影响.结果表明,轮轨黏着稳定性与速度和蠕滑率有关;电机输出轴采用实心轴比空心轴轮轨黏着稳定性更好,适当增大齿轮箱吊挂刚度有助于轮轨黏着稳定性.

Abstract

Based on the parameters of the transmission system of a certain type of high-speed train in China,the dynamic model of the single-wheelset transmission system was established using Matlab/Simulink software,and the influence of the wheel-rail adhesion stability characteristics and the transmission system connection parameters on the adhesion stability was studied based on the model.The results show that the stability of wheel-rail adhesion is related to the velocity and creep rate.The motor output shaft adopts a solid shaft to have better wheel-rail adhesion stability than a hollow shaft,and an appropriate increase in the rigidity of the gearbox mounting is helpful to the wheel-rail adhesion stability.
