Optimization model on construction scheme of pioneer road in mountainous area based on combination weight and VIKOR method
In order to make an objective, comprehensive and accurate evaluation of construction scheme of pioneer road in mountainous areas,a parameter evaluation system was established based on industry design specifications and relevant research results.A model for preferring construction scheme of pioneer road in mountainous areas was proposed. The model adopted the three-scale analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the subjective and objective weights respectively. The combination weights were calculated based on the game theory, and the construction scheme of pioneer road in mountainous areas was optimized by using the VIKOR method.Based on 4 construction schemes of pioneer road of an expressway in mountainous area,a comparison was made between the construction schemes.Meanwhile, the proposed model was compared with the weighted TOPSIS method and gray weighted correlation analysis method. The results show that the optimal scheme obtained from the three computational models is consistent, and the method of combining weights can overcome the shortcomings of single weight and make the evaluation of indicators more objective.Compared with weighted TOPSIS method and gray weighted correlation analysis method, the proposed model in this paper can resist the interference of external factors and better distinguish the differences between the schemes, which subsequently obtains a clear and definite solution ranking result. The proposed method can provide more options and obtain the optimal scheme while evaluating numerous solutions.
