A statistical damage constitutive model for clay-concrete interface based on damage coupling evolution process
In order to evaluate the influence of roughness on the strength characteristics of soil-structure interface,Firstly, the direct shear test of the interface strength of clay and clay-structure with different roughness under different normal stress conditions was carried out.The relationship between the shear surface strength of soil and the interface strength of different roughness was analyzed.Secondly, the shear mechanism of clay-structure interface was analyzed by image processing software, and the coupling evolution process of interface damage considering the influence of surface roughness of structure was proposed.Thirdly,by introducing the equivalent initial damage factor considering the influence of interface roughness,a statistical damage constitutive model of clay-structure interface considering the coupling evolution process of interface damage was established based on the continuous damage theory and statistical strength theory. Finally, the applicability of the model was verified by the test results. The results show that the greater the interface roughness, the closer the interface strength to the soil strength under the same normal stress conditions.Interface strength increases as a power function of the structural surface roughness, and its growth rate decreases with the increase of the structural surface roughness. The damage evolution process of the whole shear process of the clay-structure interface can be divided into the equivalent initial damage stage and loading damage stage. In the equivalent initial damage stage, the equivalent initial damage stage is affected by the interface roughness, and the loading damage includes load damage and coupling damage. The calculation results of the model fit with the test results better, which can reflect the damage constitutive characteristics of the interface between clay and structure.
