The piezoelectric fiber composites were prepared based on bismuth sodium titanate lead-free ceramics, and the effect of BNT-based piezoelectric ceramic fiber volume fraction on the composites was studied. The results show that the free strain and tip displacement increased with the increase of piezoelectric ceramic volume fraction, and the maximum longitudinal free strain and tip displacement are 543×10-6 and 14.92 mm,respectively, under sinusoidal piezoelectric excitation from 0 to 1 500 V when the piezoelectric ceramic volume fraction is 81.40%.After 1.0×106 cycles in the cycle life experiment, the performance is still stable and has excellent fatigue resistance, which has wide application prospects as a flexible driver.
