助磨剂对磨矿的影响及其应用进展

磨矿是一个高能耗作业,其能耗占矿物加工总能耗的30%~70%,因此,降低磨矿过程中的能耗、提高磨矿效率是增大矿物加工效益的关键,而添加助磨剂是解决该问题的有效手段之一。介质填充率、磨矿浓度、矿浆黏度及矿石本身性质等因素影响磨矿效率,可以使用能量消耗评价磨矿效率。磨矿过程分2个阶段:第一阶段,磨矿效率高但下降快,矿石颗粒上裂纹数逐渐减少;第二阶段,磨矿效率平稳但低,且粒度越小,表面晶格缺陷越少,越难磨剥。助磨剂通过物理化学作用吸附于矿物颗粒表面,即通过静电力等发生物理吸附,通过助磨剂分子与矿石颗粒表面形成氢键、配位键等发生化学吸附,影响矿物颗粒的表面性质,改变矿浆黏度,影响磨矿动力学参数。在助磨剂吸附作用下,矿物颗粒表面类似于存在润滑介质,使结构层间容易滑移,减少了磨矿过程中颗粒的"团聚",增加了颗粒分散性,降低了表面自由能,改善了矿浆流变性,缩短了达到合适选别矿物粒度的磨矿作业时间,从而显著提高了磨矿效率,减少了能耗和钢球消耗,降低了生产成本。本文总结国内外有关助磨剂对磨矿影响的最新研究成果、不同种类助磨剂的助磨原理,对比分析助磨剂对磨矿效率的影响机制,探讨助磨剂对磨矿动力学的影响特点,以期为助磨剂在磨矿中的使用提供参考。
Research progress on effect of grinding aids on grinding and application
Grinding is a high-energy-consuming,and it's energy consumption accounts for 30% to 70% of the total energy consumption of mineral processing,therefore,reducing the energy consumption in the grinding process and improving the grinding efficiency are the key to increase the efficiency of mineral processing,and adding grinding aids is one of the effective means to solve the problem. Factors such as medium filling rate,grinding concentration,pulp viscosity and ore will affect grinding efficiency. Energy consumption can be used to evaluate grinding efficiency. The grinding process is divided into two stages. In the first stage,grinding efficiency is high but falling fast,and the number of cracks on the ore particles is gradually reduced. In the second stage,the grinding efficiency is stable but low,and the smaller the the particle size,the fewer suface lattice defects,the more difficult to grind and strip. The grinding aid is adsorbed on the surface of mineral particles through physical and chemical interaction,that is,physical adsorption occurs through electrostatic force,and chemical adsorption occurs through the formation of hydrogen bonds and coordination bonds between grinding aid molecules and the surface of ore particles,which affects the surface properties of mineral particles to change the pulp viscosity and affects the grinding kinetic parameters. During the adsorption of grinding aid,the surface of mineral particles is similar to the presence of lubricating medium,which makes it easy to slip between structural layers,thus reducing the "agglomeration" of particles in the grinding process,increasing the dispersion of particles,and reducing the surface free energy,improving the rheological properties of the pulp,and shortening the grinding operation time which can achieve the appropriate mineral particle size,and thus significantly improve the grinding efficiency,reduce energy consumption and steel ball consumption and reduce the production cost. In the paper,the latest research results about the influence of grinding aids on grinding at home and abroad were reviewed,the principles of grinding aids of different kinds were summarized,the mechanism of grinding aids on grinding efficiency were compared and analyzed,and the characteristics of grinding aids on grinding dynamics were discussed,which can provide reference for the subsequent use of grinding aids in grinding.
