Practical Research on Near Zero Energy Consumption Office Buildings in Cold RegionsAnalysis of Near Zero Energy Consumption Projects in the Production Dispatch Building of Beijing Daxing International Airport's Airport Economic Zone
Promoting buildings towards near zero energy consumption has become one of the important paths for the development of the construction industry under the goals of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.As a demonstration project of near zero energy consumption buildings in the airport economic zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the design difficulties and technical measures for achieving near zero energy consumption buildings in the production dispatch building.The annual operational energy consumption,energy efficiency,and renewable energy utilization rate of the project were simulated and calculated.The results showed that the comprehensive energy efficiency rate was 77.50％,the energy efficiency rate of the building itself was 41.35％,and the renewable energy utilization rate reached 61.63％,achieving the goal of near zero energy consumption for buildings.
