智慧建筑研究现状与发展展望

智慧建筑采用物联网、传感器、多媒体融合、定位与导航、建筑信息模型、大数据分析、人工智能等众多新兴前沿技术,是集现代科学技术于一体的产物,是多行业交叉融合的综合成果.在全球工业4.0和我国数字化转型的推动下,作为智慧城市和智慧中国的重要元素,智慧建筑将成为我国建筑、信息通信和互联网等领域的未来发展趋势及研究热点之一.本文首先梳理总结了国内外智慧建筑的发展历程,其次重点介绍了我国智慧建筑的研究进展,对最新政策制度、科学研究、评价标准和工程实践等进行了回顾,再次从智慧建筑评价项目出发,对技术措施和得分情况进行了讨论,最后结合我国国情及建筑行业现状,对智慧建筑发展进行了展望,提出了未来应用方向,可为我国智慧建筑发展提供参考.
Research Status,Practice and Development Prospect of Smart Buildings
Smart buildings adopt many emerging cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things,sensing technology,multimedia integration,positioning and navigation,building information modeling,big data analysis,artificial intelligence,etc.They are products of modem science and technology and reflect a comprehensive result of cross industry integration.Driven by Global Industry 4.0 and China's digital transformation,as an important element of smart cities and smart China,smart buildings will become one of the future development trends and research hotspots in China's architecture,information communication,internet and other fields.This article first summarizes the development process of smart buildings at home and abroad,and then focuses on the research progress of smart buildings in China.It reviews the latest policy systems,scientific research,and evaluation standards,engineering practices,and other supporting technologies.Starting from actual smart building evaluation projects,it discusses technical measures and scores.Finally,based on China's national conditions and the current situation of the construction industry,it looks forward to the development of smart buildings,Proposed future application directions,providing reference for the development of smart buildings in China.
