摘要

可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)和分布式控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)在当前的工业控制环境中已经十分成熟,现场应用中弱电控制强电也是非常普遍.为避免强电对弱电的干扰,强电控制柜与弱电控制柜需要分别存放,占地面积大且控制流程繁杂,因此强弱电一体柜应运而生.业界对于强弱电一体柜还未有一套完整的测试方法来评估其运行时是否存在干扰和故障风险,故本文探究一种基于现场应用的强弱电一体柜测试方法.

Abstract

Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and Distributed Control System(DCS)are already very mature in the current industrial control environment,and weak current control over strong current is also very common in field applications.To avoid the interference of strong electricity on weak electricity,the strong electricity control cabinet and weak electricity control cabinet need to be stored separately,occupying a large area and having complex control processes.Therefore,the strong and weak electricity integrated cabinet has emerged.There is currently no complete testing method in the industry to evaluate whether there is interference and fault risk during the operation of strong and weak electrical integrated cabinets.Therefore,this article explores a field application based testing method for strong and weak electrical integrated cabinets.
