摘要

近年来我国信息化网络正在飞速发展,对数据储存及计算的需求也日益增加,数据中心建设成为了行业的热潮.分布式数据中心具备速度快、安全性高和可靠性强等优势,是未来数据中心发展的方向.在建造过程中,由于其特点,若采用传统建造模式进行建造,则存在建造数量庞大且位置分散、涉及专业多且工序复杂及建造工期紧张等一系列问题.因此设计一种预制模块化分布式数据中心机房,创新地将分布式数据中心采用模块化的形式进行设计及建造,将内部各系统模块进行高度集成,工厂化预制,仅需安装在现场的基础上,简单测试后即可投入使用.整个过程仅涉及工厂化加工调试、配送运输和现场吊装三个阶段,极大提高了建设效率,避免了传统建造模式的弊端.

Abstract

In recent years,China's information network is developing rapidly,and the demand for data storage and computing is increasing,so data center construction has become a boom in the industry.With the advantages of high speed,high security and high reliability,distributed data centers are the future direction of data center development.In the construction process,due to its characteristics,if the traditional construction mode is adopted,there are a series of problems such as large number and scattered locations,complicated procedures involving many professions and tight construction period.Therefore,a prefabricated modular distributed data center room is designed to innovatively design and build the distributed data center in a modularized form,with the internal system modules highly integrated and factory prefabricated,which can be put into use after a simple test by simply installing them on the site.The whole process involves only 3 stages of factory processing and commissioning,distribution and transportation and on-site lifting,which greatly improves the construction efficiency and avoids the drawbacks of the traditional construction mode.
