BACnet Controller Integrating Power Measurement,Diagnosis and Control
This paper proposes a controller design that integrates power measurement,diagnosis,and programming control in view of the current situation that DDCs in the field of building equipment monitoring generally do not have power detection functions.Using STM32F407VE as the main chip and IM3331 three-phase AC power measurement module;Using BACnet MSTP as the communication protocol,encapsulate the status parameter information of the device with BACnet standard objects;Use graphical programming tool software to edit and download logic files.The logic program takes statements as the basic unit,and each statement calls a pre packaged function block.The logic program is run based on the function block;On the basis of electric power measurement,single signal diagnosis and scene diagnosis are added.The function of scene diagnosis is made into standard function blocks by research and development personnel in advance,or realized by on-site engineering personnel through secondary programming,realizing the integration of measurement,diagnostic analysis,and control,not only reducing costs,but also achieving reliable and efficient failover.The design has been mass produced and verified on engineering projects.
