This article introduces an innovative zero carbon composite steam system that combines molten salt energy storage systems,photothermal heat pump systems,and digital twin technology to achieve low-cost,low-carbon steam supply.The system utilizes photovoltaic power generation,factory waste heat,and solar thermal collectors to provide energy for the solar thermal heat pump system,and provides steam to the factory through the solar thermal heat pump system.In addition,the system adopts digital twin technology for management and is connected to regional energy projects through the energy internet to achieve grid peak shaving and new energy consumption.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design principles,technical characteristics,and advantages of the system,and demonstrates its application prospects through practical cases.
