我国智慧能源与建筑协同的利益相关者研究与应用探索

在国家"双碳"战略背景下,智慧能源能够实现建筑零碳能源供应,满足用户智慧用能需求,因此智慧能源与建筑协同发展势不可当.但在协同过程中涉及诸多利益相关者的切身利益及利益相关者之间的利益关系变动等诸多问题,因此需要对智慧能源与建筑业协同的利益相关者的相关问题进行深入分析.本文首先对智慧能源与建筑业协同的利益相关者进行界定,运用权力-利益矩阵划分四类利益主体,最后以实际案例进一步分析不同利益相关者的互动关系.
Stakeholder Research and Application Exploration on the Synergy Between Smart Energy and Buildings in China
In the context of the national"dual carbon"strategy,smart energy can achieve zero carbon energy supply for buildings and meet users'smart energy needs.Therefore,the coordinated development of smart energy and buildings is imperative.However,in the process of collaboration,there are many issues related to the vital interests of various stakeholders and changes in the interest relationships between stakeholders.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the relevant issues of stakeholders in the collaboration between smart energy and the construction industry.This article first defines the stakeholders involved in the collaboration between smart energy and the construction industry,and uses the power-benefit matrix to divide four types of stakeholders.Finally,practical cases are used to further analyze the interaction relationships between different stakeholders.
