Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Construction of Large-Scale School Projects
The application of BIM technology in the construction industry has become increasingly mature,with it's excellent characteristics of digitization,visualization,and collaboration.BIM technology can integrate,manage,and share all information of building projects,promoting the domestic construction industry to enter a new era of Informatization.In large-scale construction projects,BIM technology has significant advantages.These types of construction have long construction periods,involve multiple specialties,and have a wide range of coordination.Moreover,the arrangement of buildings and pipelines in vertical and horizontal spaces is relatively complex and requires systematic and clear global management.This article takes the Shenzhen Technology University(Phase Ⅰ)project as an example to illustrate the application and value of BIM technology in the construction of large-scale school projects,aiming to further consolidate and expand the application of BIM technology in the construction industry.
