Study on Quality Problems and Quality Management of Prefabricated Building Construction
Under the trend of new economic development,the construction industry has increased its transformation and development efforts,and is gradually developing towards green and energy-saving.The prefabricated building has many advantages such as short construction time,low energy consumption,energy conservation and environmental protection,and has become a common building type at present.Although prefabricated buildings have achieved certain development results,there are still some construction quality problems in the actual construction process.Based on the construction practice,this paper analyzes the construction quality problems in the aspects of slab production and installation,component connection,installation size,and comprehensive quality of talents,and puts forward quality management measures to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of prefabricated building construction.
