以新田太康商业中心项目为研究对象,分析建筑的智能化应用系统组成及机电设备安装工艺,并针对机电工程安装过程中地下室管线专业众多,导致管线冲突碰撞、部分暖通外露设备未考虑遮挡及使用条件、井道内次梁及加腋对管道安装影响3个问题提出质量控制措施.
Construction and Quality Control of Intelligent Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering
Taking the Xintian Taikang Commercial Center project as the research object,this paper analyzes the composition of intelligent application systems and the installation process of mechanical and electrical equipment in buildings.Quality control measures are proposed to address three issues during the installation process of mechanical and electrical engineering:conflicts and collisions of underground pipelines caused by numerous specialties,failure to consider shielding and usage conditions for some exposed HVAC equipment,and the impact of secondary beams and armpits in the shaft on pipeline installation.
