Application and Optimization of Intelligent Emergency Management in the Construction of Resilient Cities
This paper describes the connotation and characteristics of resilient cities,and analyzes in detail the existing problems in current urban emergency management,including weak forecasting and early warning ability,slow emergency response,insufficient multi-party collaborative response,etc.In response to the above problems,the paper proposes to apply intelligent technology in the emergency management of resilient cities,to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic perception of urban natural environment and social and economic environment by building a whole-process real-time perception system oriented to the city.and to build an intelligent early warning and prediction platform to realize early warning and prediction of urban natural disasters and public emergencies.And relying on intelligent technology to realize the scientific planning and scheduling of resources under the multi-party collaborative mechanism,effectively improve the intelligent level of urban emergency management and the resilience of the city in the face of disasters.
